These Terms of Use are intended to define the terms and conditions under which MINDS 3.0 ACADEMY makes its online learning platform available to users.
Any use of the platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
Creating and managing your account
Creating an account is required to access the courses. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
What you can and cannot do
Access to course videos is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial use.
Watching the courses for your personal use as part of your learning.
Downloading, copying, redistributing, or publicly sharing course content.
Rights over the platform's content
All content offered on the platform (videos, text, illustrations, logos) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of MINDS 3.0 ACADEMY or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Issuance and verification of certificates
A certificate of completion is issued once a course has been completed at 100%.
Each certificate is authenticated by a unique identifier and a SHA-256 cryptographic hash, publicly verifiable.
Billing and refund terms
Paid courses are billed at the time of enrollment. Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Except where otherwise required by law, no refund will be granted once access to a course's content has begun.
Account closure and cessation of access
You may request the deletion of your account at any time. MINDS 3.0 ACADEMY reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of a violation of these terms.
